When I got asked to be the second photographer for a wedding held at a notoriously gorgeous venue, I was just a wee bit giddy. The Blue Dress Barn is set in the beautiful country side of southwest Michigan. The grounds boast beautiful gardens that are of wild flowers and native plants and the ceremony sites are beyond perfect.
It was a dream come true to be able to be a part of Laurel and Nick's wedding. They are completely in love and not afraid to display their affection for one another. Their friendship and ease with one another shone through every moment of their special day, smiles and laughs and whispered moments were shared with regularity.
