There’s something about golden hour that just makes a session—those last warm rays of sun wrap everything in a dreamy glow that feels straight out of a movie. Audrey’s senior photo session was the perfect example of that golden light magic.

We met up at The Arb, a favorite spot of mine for its soft natural backdrops, areas of interest and even a section that is open to the sky. As soon as the sun started its descent, I knew we were in for something special. The light poured through the trees and brushed gently Audrey’s skin, turning every frame into a little piece of art.
Audrey showed up in a cute, modern jean dress that was a perfect choice for the surrounding environment. The denim fabric was adorned with subtle stitching details that added a touch of uniqueness, making it not just a casual outfit but a statement piece that reflected her personal style. The choice of colors was particularly striking; the earthy tones of green and brown in the landscape around us complemented her attire beautifully, creating a picturesque scene that felt both vibrant and serene.
Audrey brought her flute to her photo session. She was eager to incorporate this element into her photos, as it would capture her love of music and the joy it brought to her life.
For her second outfit, she chose something a little more casual: black baggy jeans and a cropped checkered shirt that showcased her fun personality and was a perfect pairing for her second location on the college campus.

Throughout the shoot, we chatted, we laughed and we talked about her plans for the future. She’s headed to college next fall and I have no doubt she’s going to do amazing things.
Senior year is such a huge milestone, and I love getting to freeze this moment in time for my clients. Audrey, thank you for trusting me to capture yours—you made it so easy.
